Tevy enjoys her first rolex - fried eggs rolled in chapatti, as we head off towards Queen Elizabeth Honey for sale a the side of the road in a shack overlooking the Western Rift Valley A view of the Western Rift Valley, bounded by the Rwenzori mountains on the west (in the back of this picture). QE is contained within the valley.
I went with the OB/gyn staff from Mbarara Hospital (which is attached to the university) and some doctors volunteering from UCLA and Wisconsin. We went on a riverboat safari too. These were three young elephant males who were kicked out of their herds. They started running when we approached.
The funny part was when they caught up with a water buffalo and started chasing it down the beach.
The antelope are called uganda cobs.
